Drive-Box is a monthly subscription box service. By subscribing, you agree to receive a curated box of automotive accessories, collectibles and lifestyle products each calendar month.

• The subscription price is £47.99 per month for UK customers, with regional pricing for Europe and worldwide — delivery is included in all prices
• Payment is taken monthly in advance via Stripe on your subscription anniversary date
• Box contents are curated by Drive-Box and may vary from any images shown on our website
• We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value where products become unavailable

• We deliver worldwide — UK, Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific and more. Regional pricing applies and is shown at checkout.
• Delivery is included in your subscription price for all regions (tracked shipping)
• Boxes are dispatched within 3 working days of your subscription starting, and on or around the same date each month for renewals
• UK delivery is typically 1–3 working days; Europe 5–10 working days; international 7–14+ working days
• International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility
• Drive-Box is not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs once items are dispatched
• You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate — please update it via email if it changes

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month
• Contact us at hello@drive-box.shop to cancel
• No partial refunds are issued for months already paid
• If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your first payment. If you cancel within this period and have not received your first box, you are entitled to a full refund.

Active subscribers may earn a free Limited Edition Nano Box by filming their unboxing and posting it publicly on TikTok or Instagram, tagging @driveboxuk.

• One Nano Box reward per subscriber per calendar year
• Drive-Box reserves the right to withdraw or modify this programme at any time
• Nano Box contents are subject to availability and may differ from images shown
• By participating you grant Drive-Box a non-exclusive licence to share your content on our own channels
• Posts must be genuine unboxing content and must not contain offensive, defamatory or inappropriate material

All content on drive-box.shop including logos, images, text and box designs is the property of COLLINGHAMCO LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

Drive-Box / COLLINGHAMCO LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of your most recent monthly subscription payment.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available at drive-box.shop/Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
